CEB is working with key conservation partners in Orange County, including The Nature Conservancy and the Natural Communities Coalition to monitor the health of plant communities in preserved open space through time and evaluate impacts of adaptive management approaches. We are developing annual assessments of ecosystem and special species status to understand threats to biodiversity, such as urbanization, recreation, fire, invasive species, and global change.
